Tremble Sculpt

Fast-paced. Low-impact. Results-driven.

Tremble Sculpt is a mat-based, high-intensity sculpt class that blends Pilates, barre, strength training, and low-impact cardio for nonstop full-body work. Expect minimal rest, controlled transitions, and deep muscle engagement throughout.

​

Light, medium, and heavy weights are used to progressively challenge strength and endurance.

​

Core engagement is constant — this class is designed to build strength, stability, and stamina over time.

​

Classes are instructor-led and modifiable, with options offered throughout so you can adjust intensity as needed. Consistency matters more than perfection.

Tremble Sculpt Ignite

Fast-paced. Low-impact. Results-driven.

​

Tremble Sculpt Ignite is the same mat-based, high-intensity sculpt class as Tremble Sculpt — blending Pilates, barre, strength training, and low-impact cardio for nonstop full-body work  taught in a mildly heated room (no more than 80°).

​

Expect minimal rest, controlled transitions, and deep muscle engagement throughout.

​

Light, medium, and heavy weights are used to progressively challenge strength and endurance. Core engagement is constant — this class is designed to build strength, stability, and stamina over time.

​

The gentle heat helps:

  • increase muscle warmth and mobility

  • support deeper engagement and focus

  • elevate heart rate without added impact

  • ​

This is not an extreme hot class. The temperature is intentionally moderate to enhance the workout without overwhelming it.

​
